Anushka Sharma set Instagram on fire with her recent bikini-clad picture on Monday. She also paved the way for some of the funniest memes.

 The Zero actress soaked up the sun while she was seen kneeling by the shores of the West Indies. Anushka is accompanying Virat Kohli and other Men In Blue as part of their first tour post the 2019 World Cup. She shared a picture sporting a gorgeous orange and striped retro bikini and announced, “Sunkissed & blessed” while flashing her breath-taking smile for the camera.

While the picture made a lot of noise on social media, it also paved the way some hilarious memes. Anushka was compared to various things. Many memes compared her to the iconic VLC player symbol. She was also compared to construction cones. Remember those mind-blowing Sui Dhaga memes that made way to the internet following the release of the trailer? Well, they return with a bikini-clad Anushka twist to it. Anushka was also compared to Nemo from Finding Nemo. 

Anushka is on a break from her films. She has been spending a lot of time with the Indian cricket team skipper aka her husband Virat off-late. Speaking to Filmfare, she said, “I’m married to my best friend. I’m married to my confidant. I’m married to someone I love so dearly just because of the human being that he is. You talk about being misunderstood in life and then you meet someone, who understands you completely. Then the world doesn’t exist.” 

“So for him and me, when we’re together, the world ceases to exist. We find solace in one another because of the similarities we share as people. Even when we were dating each other, it was the same thing. I feel extremely happy because he’s my family,” she added.
